• Order contents, amount and payment method.
• Standard technical information sent by your browser.

Not collected: UPI PINs, card numbers or bank passwords – payments run inside the payment method’s own systems.

Purpose

Packing and delivering orders, answering questions about them, handling returns and refunds, and keeping the business records required of us.

Sharing

Only with the service providers needed to run the store – the courier, the website host and the payment method – or where the law requires disclosure. Customer data is not sold and is not shared for marketing.

Essential cookies only, so the cart and checkout work. No advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary to run the business and to meet record-keeping obligations under applicable law.
