What to include

  • Order or delivery: Order ID and delivery PIN code.
  • Damaged or wrong item: Order ID and photographs, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing pieces from a kit: Order ID and a photograph of what arrived.
  • Return: Order ID and the item, within 10 days – sealed and unopened.
  • Refund: Order ID; for cash-on-delivery orders, bank or UPI details.
  • Before ordering: the gauge or fitting you currently use, and the instrument type – we can help you compare that against the specifications listed.

What we can and cannot answer

We can confirm gauge, alloy, coating, pick thickness, what a kit contains and what fits which instrument type. We cannot diagnose a setup problem, recommend a truss rod adjustment, or confirm a part will fit a specific instrument we have not seen – that is a technician’s job and we will say so rather than guess.
